2019 4th International Conference on System Reliability and Safety (ICSRS 2019) was held during November 20-22, 2019 at NH Roma Villa Carpegna in Rome, Italy. The accepted papers of ICSRS 2019 have published into ICSRS 2019 Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted to Xplore and CSDL and also be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference.
Enrico Zio from Politecnico di Milano, Italy is the general conference chair and he chaired the morning keynote session.
The keynote speeches were delivered by Michael Pecht, University of Maryland, USA. He is the Chair Professor and Director Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE) A. James Clark School of Engineering, USA; and Francesco Di Maio from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. TANG Loon Ching from National University of Singapore, Singapore and Piero Baraldi from Politecnico di Milan, Italy delivered the speeches on November 22, 2019.
